Delivery Policy – The Vinyl Basement

Processing time
All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment has been received. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. Each order is carefully packed to ensure your records arrive safely.

Delivery time
Delivery within the Netherlands usually takes 2–5 business days after shipment. For international orders, delivery times vary depending on the destination and local postal services. Please note that delays may occur due to customs or carrier issues beyond our control.

Shipping method
All orders are shipped from the Netherlands via PostNL or a comparable postal service. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including tracking information.

Shipping costs
All listed prices include VAT and standard shipping within the Netherlands. Additional shipping costs may apply for international orders and will be shown at checkout before payment.

Damaged or lost packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at info@thevinylbasement.com with your order number and a short description of the issue. We will investigate and find a suitable solution, such as a replacement or refund.

Packaging
We use sturdy, protective packaging designed specifically for vinyl records to prevent damage during transit. Whenever possible, we reuse or recycle packaging materials to reduce waste.
