Cancellation Policy – The Vinyl Basement

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your package, in accordance with EU consumer law.
To cancel an order, please contact us at info@thevinylbasement.com with your order number and details of your purchase.

Important conditions

• The Mystery Box can only be cancelled or returned if it is still unopened and sealed. Once the seal has been broken and the contents are visible, the right to cancel no longer applies.

• If your order has already been shipped, you can still cancel it by returning it in accordance with our Return Policy.

• The cost of return shipping is at your own expense, unless you are returning an LP that you already own, in which case return shipping is free.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund your payment within 14 days using the same payment method used for your purchase.
