Article 2 – Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to every offer made by the entrepreneur and to every distance contract concluded between the entrepreneur and the consumer.
Before the agreement is concluded, the text of these terms and conditions will be made available to the consumer. If this is not reasonably possible, the entrepreneur will indicate how the terms and conditions can be reviewed and that they will be sent free of charge upon request.
Article 3 – The Offer
The offer includes a complete and accurate description of the products offered. The description is detailed enough for the consumer to make a proper assessment of the offer.
The ‘Mystery Box’ offer consists of a surprise package containing LPs, the contents of which are not disclosed in advance.
All LPs offered are second-hand. This means that minor signs of use, such as light scratches or wear on the cover, may be present. The entrepreneur guarantees that all records are in playable condition, unless stated otherwise in the product description.
Article 4 – The Agreement
The agreement is concluded at the moment the consumer accepts the offer and meets the applicable conditions.
The entrepreneur shall take appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure the electronic transmission of data and ensure a safe online environment.
Article 5 – Right of Withdrawal (Return Policy)
The consumer has the right to withdraw from a purchase agreement within 14 days without providing any reason.
The cooling-off period starts the day after the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer, receives the product.
The Mystery Box can only be returned if it remains unopened and sealed. Once the seal has been broken and the contents are visible, the right of withdrawal expires.
Since the LPs are second-hand, minor wear on the sleeve or record cannot be a reason for return, unless the product is unplayable.
Return shipping costs are at the consumer’s expense.
Article 6 – Obligations of the Consumer During the Cooling-off Period
During the cooling-off period, the consumer shall handle the product and packaging with care. The product may only be opened to the extent necessary to determine whether the consumer wishes to keep it.
Article 7 – Shipping and Delivery Costs
All listed prices include VAT.
All prices include shipping costs.
The entrepreneur will exercise the greatest possible care when processing and fulfilling orders.
Orders are shipped as soon as possible, and no later than 3 working days after the agreement has been concluded.
Article 8 – Complaints Procedure
Complaints about the performance of the agreement must be submitted to the entrepreneur in a timely manner, fully and clearly described, after the consumer has discovered the issue.
Complaints submitted to the entrepreneur will be answered within 14 days from the date of receipt. If a complaint requires a longer processing time, the entrepreneur will confirm receipt within 14 days and indicate when the consumer can expect a more detailed response.
